In this session, educators will explore the guiding principles of the Blueprint for Improved Results for Students with Disabilities with the lens to close the achievement gap. This foundational document will also be used to design instruction in order to provide students access to the Next Generation Standards (NGS).

- Explore the Blueprint for Improved Results for Students with Disabilities.
- Identify the principals of the blueprint that connect to Specifically Designed Instruction.
- Understand the role of the Standard-Based IEP in creating Specially Designed Instruction.
- Develop student goals that are aligned to the Next Generation Standards.
*Doors will open at 8:30 and continental breakfast will be provided.
